What we do together is alchemy.
It is life, walking together through the beautiful and the brutal, as the days flow by.
It is connection to who you are at the core of your being.
We take a look at you.
All of you.
We notice what is working and what isn’t. Where energy is flowing and where it’s getting stuck. We find ways together to invite in more of what is working for you and how to shift or accept the things that aren’t. This is going to look different from person to person because to me each one of you is a beautifully unique individual! I recognize this, which is why I don’t promise a specific outcome. This co-creation often takes the shape of less stress, less anxiety, more regulation, finding clarity, etc, but the shape changes from person to person because what you need and desire is your own.
You set the intentions for this time and space, and in your precious life. It’s your vision. I don’t need you to have a set of skills or a way of thinking by the end of our time together because that’s not the point. I won’t expect you to check things off a list for me. This is your space to step into all that you are. All you need to do is come ready to receive and be open to the experience. I will hold you to your vision and point you back to your inner voice as we create together.
I will remind you as you unravel your thoughts, feelings, patterns, that you are Whole. Loved. Upheld.
And what you decide to do from this place is all your own.

•Four month minimum commitment (6 and 12 month options available)
•8 sessions combining energy work and a call
•8 energy tune-ups
•Access via telegram between sessions for mentorship to occur through text and voice messaging
•Client-only meditations, visualizations and exercises to regulate your nervous system, guided somatic practices to connect mind and body, reduce stress, and increase energy
