We’ll discuss the Pillars of Capacity in the video portion of the Masterclass, with some practical, translatable, and easily adaptable ways (because my ways don’t have to be your ways, but I do hope my ways point you to your own ways) to increase capacity in your own life. You’ll have lifetime access to the video and the teachings it contains.

I want to go beyond me talking at you for an hour in this masterclass. I want to invite you into my life, into my days, as I am once again in this space of creating more capacity in my own life because my life is requiring more of me in this season. I have had several iterations of creating capacity in myself, and although each one is new, this is also familiar territory for me. Come along with me for two weeks in an intimate, private Instagram account where I’ll share posts from my experience, daily stories or lives walking you through what is happening and what I’m doing to support myself during this stretch season, and how I approach creating capacity on a day-to-day basis. You’ll get to interact with me daily for mentoring on capacity, having close, intimate access to both my past experiences and my current position. You’ll have access to this space and all the info in it until the next iteration of the masterclass, or a minimum of 6 months (and if you’re a capacity alum at that point, there will be some bonuses for you in the next iteration of this ever-evolving masterclass).
